An Operations Coordinator is assigned to each individual customer. Their role consists of responding to every customer request by telephone or e-mail, scheduling the operations, organising the logistics (ordering parts and deliveries, assigning technicians) and coordinating the proper execution of the works.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
