Modernization of our supplier collaboration
M-LINK project with COUPA platform.

As part of the evolution of its practices and the modernization of its purchasing function, ENERIA is gradually changing the way it collaborates with its suppliers.

This approach is part of a clear commitment to enhance the quality of exchanges, improve the transparency of processes and increase operational efficiency, in a spirit of sustainable and balanced partnership with all our suppliers.

What is the M-Link project?

M-Link is the name of the project led by ENERIA to gradually structure a common environment for exchanges with its suppliers.

It is part of a broader initiative by Monnoyeur Group to gradually harmonize certain purchasing frameworks and practices, while respecting the specific characteristics of each entity.

The project is based on a collaborative and secure platform named COUPA, designed to support certain stages of the purchasing relationship, facilitate interactions and bring greater clarity and reliability to our exchanges.

COUPA is not an end in itself: it is a lever for collaboration between ENERIA and its supplier partners, with a view to share progress and sustainable structuring.

The M-Link project is gradually covering the Source-to-Receipt process, from the stages of:

  • sourcing
  • contracting
  • issuing orders
  • receipt of goods or services.

A gradual and tailored implementation

COUPA is implemented in stages, depending on usage, needs and operational contexts.

Each change is:

  • communicated specifically,
  • accompanied by dedicated support materials,
  • and addressed only to the suppliers concerned.

This gradual approach aims to ensure smooth adoption, without disruption to business, and in line with the diversity of our supplier relationships.

What uses may be affected?

Depending on the situation, COUPA may concern:

  • participation in consultations or calls for tenders,
  • certain document exchanges,
  • or, eventually, other stages of the purchasing relationship.

Suppliers are informed in advance when they are concerned by these uses, and are provided with necessary support and help if necessary.

Resources available to suppliers

To assist you in this process, a COUPA User Guide is available.

This guide is designed to facilitate understanding of the uses concerned and to answer the main questions.

Support and contact

The ENERIA purchasing teams remain fully committed to support suppliers involved in the M-Link project and answer their questions.

Your usual ENERIA contact remains your primary point of contact.

The M-Link project is being led by ENERIA as part of the development of its own purchasing practices.

It is also part of a broader initiative by Monnoyeur Group to gradually harmonize certain frameworks and practices, while respecting the autonomy and specific characteristics of each entity.

This approach does not imply any additional commitment for suppliers and does not constitute a promise of automatic expansion of scope or commercial relations.

The roll-out of M-Link is intended to be gradually extended to other entities and countries within Monnoyeur Group, according to their own timetable and priorities.

As such, integration into the platform may, in the long term, facilitate interactions with several entities within the Group and provide an opportunity for greater visibility.

Your usual ENERIA contact remains your primary point of contact.

The ENERIA purchasing teams are also available to assist you if necessary.
